Workshop “Optical Clock Comparison using VLBI” – will be held virtually

The workshop aims at discussing  advanced clock comparison using VLBI with the support of advanced GNSS techniques and fiber links, and is organised by the Italian and Korean NMIs (INRIM and KRISS), the Italian Institute of Astrophysics (INAF), the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute (KASI), the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information (KISTI) and the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST).

It includes both invited sessions upon general aspects & advances in the field of optical clocks, VLBI technologies and international clock comparisons, followed by more technical sessions specifically dedicated to the design of a VLBI clock comparison campaign between Italy and Korea.
