Administrative management and funding from Agence Nationale de la Recherche (ANR) in the framework of “Programme Investissements d’Avenir” is operated by the regional delegation « Ile de France Ouest et Nord » of CNRS, in connexion with other institutions that have signed the consortium agreement of FIRST-TF.
